An apple a day keeps the Dentist away!

Friday was Ashley's first trip to the dentist. She has been anxiously awaiting this appointment. She saw Levi, Myles, and Elle climb into the big chair that can move and she wanted her turn. She even told a lady at the store the day before "I'm going to the dentist tonight!"
Levi and I also had appointments scheduled, and they took us first. So poor Ashley had to wait until we were done to get into "the big chair". Finally the moment arrived and she jumped into that chair and sat right down, and did everything the assistant and the doctor told her to do. Since all the appointments took so long, they opted not to take "pictures" this time around. Ashley was beginning to get restless. Here are a few pics of Ashley with the dental assistant and her dentist Dr. Laurie La Dow!

I AM SO PROUD OF MY BABY JEAN!!!!! This is the best post yet! (I'm not biased, lol) You're a good mom Kim. It's always harder to make
"1st's" a big deal for the latter children. I can't wait to ask her ALL about her special trip!

Honestly Jessica, I posted this with you in mind!! Thanks for the compliment, you are right though about the 1st's thing, I am trying though. She would love to tell you all about it too!
Carly~ Aren't they great? I have gone to them since Levi was three and had his first appointment. I've heard horror stories from other moms that their kids hate the dentist, but because of our dentist, my kids look for their appointment on the calendar!

Kendra~ thanks, can't say that she looks anything like me though!

Stacie~ I think she was more brave than many adults I've seen. She couldn't wait for the dentist look in her mouth, as soon as she got in the chair she opened her mouth!
