LET IT SNOW! LET IT SNOW! LET IT SNOW!

It is snowing here in Wenatchee, and this is the very first time in my life I have lived where it snows. It is beautiful but really cold. I'm sure I'll acclimate soon, and by that time it'll probably be gone. :( . Only thing is I can't see my mountains right now.

Beautiful! Isn't it? the kids look like they're having fun... at least for the moment, lol...
We're heading to Tahoe this coming Thanksgiving week and Im hoping with this rain storm here in the valley there will be snow up in South Lake Tahoe. *sweetness*
I love the snow but I don't think I could live in it always... lol.

"Train up a child"

This is not just a cliche, it is scripture. And it may very well be one of the most used scriptures. On Tuesday night, my boys participated in their very first communion and foot washing service. Some may think they are too young and don't understand the symbolism, and that may be true, but being that they both have the Holy Ghost and have been baptized, I thought it was time for them to take part. I explained to them what would happen and the reasoning behind it. I also asked them to examine their hearts to make sure they were heaven ready.
