I am now a college student!!

Ok, I am gonna brag a little! Normally, I only brag about my kids but this time I am gonna talk about myself. I am very excited and quite proud of myself, I am going back to school! I am into my second week of an online English class and I am loving it. I am learning new things as well as recalling stuff I learned in high school. After high school I went to Sierra River College, briefly (I think 3 semesters) then I got married and was busy working. Then my motherly time clock started ringing and we decided to start a family. Never thinking I would end up with four children! I've always known I wanted to go back to school, I've always loved school (except mornings were a little rough for me, just ask my mom). So anyhow, I thought I'd share my new adventure with you in hopes that you'd keep me in your prayers. I am a wife, a mother, a teacher(homeschool), a preschool teacher, and a student, and that is just the beginning! What a life!

Thank you Lorna. First I am gonna get my general ed. finished then hopefully be on my way to getting my teaching credentials. Then from there I am undecided. I'll be in school a while. I'm surprised you didn't know since Dawn and Denise Tillmannshofer were my biggest encouragers in this endeavor.

Congratulations! Although I did earn my bachelor's degree before I was married, I still dream of going back to school and getting my teaching credential "someday." I'm proud of you.

That's super cool! How fun! =D Online learning is so awesome. (You get to do your homework in the middle of the night in your pajamas if you want!) You go girl! =D

Janell, yes I like the pajama thing!!! There are so many pros to taking a class online, I think when I finally have to go to school(I will eventually) I'm not gonna like it very much. My teacher just posted our grades for our first essay assignment and I got 100%!!! YAY! I was so proud of myself. Now I have a little more confidence in what I am doing.
